Returns & Refund Policy

At Neterofbeauty Apothecary, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Herbal teas
• Botanical powders
• Tinctures
• Oils
• Toothpaste
• Soaps and body care products
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
