• Handmade or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination but generally range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, Neterofbeauty Apothecary is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages
